Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is available in your shipping confirmation email. You have to click on the button "view my order" to be able to find your tracking number.

For easier tracking, you can click on the "Track your order" page on our website and you will be able to track your order with only your order number and email.

You can also check the status of your order with your local post service like USPS, RoyalMail, Canada Post, Correos Spain etc. If you ordered two/three days ago your tracking number might still be updating and will be available soon.

My tracking number/order number does not work when I try to track it on the "Track your order" page

You need to put your order number (similar to this #12345) and enter the email you used to order it.
An estimate delivery time will be available after we ship your order.

Why is my order incomplete?

If you ordered multiple items, some orders can be split in multiple package due to the stock being in different warehouses. If you receive your first parcel, do not worry the remaining of your order will arrive soon.

I mispelled my name/shipping address, is it possible to change it?

You have approximativly 12 hours after you confirmed your order to ask to change your informations. If your order is already in transit it won't be possible to change the informations.
Please carefully check your information before completing your order.

Every order sent with the wrong information is the responsibility of the buyer and not Proudqueen.com
No refund will be possible, you will need to re order to be able to receive your items.

Where does my order come from?

Every order comes from our warehouse in China.

My order has been returned to you, what can I do?

If your order was returned to us, please contact us at contact@proudqueen.com We can freely ship a new order for you.

My order is defective, what can I do?

Please contact us at contact@proudqueen.com. You have 24hours after you received your package to open a request.
Please be sure to provide us your order number AND pictures of the damaged product.
We can offer you a new product or a gift card valued at the same amount as your order.

Why didn't I receive my order?

Shipping time can be extended between 2 to 6 weeks, if your order is still under 6 weeks it means it is still in transit. Please be sure to check the status of your order with your tracking number and your local post office before to email us.
If you do not know where to find your tracking number please read the first question above.

Do not forget to check your shipping address in your shipping confirmation email.
Some orders can be delayed due to customs check.
